Zen Zone is a one-week day camp for teens ages 13-15 (8th, 9th, and 10th graders) promoting mental wellness and healthy self-discovery. The camp offers a diverse range of activities including mindfulness practices, identifying and living in values, nutrition & movement workshops, exploration through art, and community service projects.
